ITEC m.e. is a not for profit trade Centre, established with the NOC from Ministry of Commerce, Government of India and Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Government of Sharjah – UAE, is one of its kind in the world outside India to promote trade & investment between India – UAE, India-GCC & India-MENA region. The Centre is working with the ardent support of the Indian Missions in UAE namely the Indian Embassy in Abu Dhabi and Consulate General of India in Dubai.
The Centre was inaugurated by the Honourable President of India Shrimati Pratibha Devisingh Patil on November 25, 2010 in the august presence of His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohamed Al Qasimi, Member of Supreme Council of United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Sharjah and other dignitaries.
ITEC m.e. has under its fold a three storey building in the commercial district of Sharjah with a floor area of more than 20,000 sq ft to conduct its operations. ITEC m.e. will also add another 60,000 sq ft of space in the next couple of years.
ITEC m.e. is strategically located in the upmarket Al Khan business district of Sharjah and conducts activities all over UAE.

ITEC m.e. is managed by the Board of Trustees who have entrusted the operations of the Centre to the Director General.
