- Documents 4 to 6 must be notarized and attested by the ministry of Foreign affairs & by the UAE embassy in the country of origin and/or the relevant embassy in the UAE (for branch of a foreign company) or if the owner / share holder is an entity of an FZW/FZC;
- Letter of local auditor in EA confirming acceptance of their appointment is required for FZE / FZC companies;
- SAIF – ZONE reserves the right to obtain additional documents if required.
